Mac Edition 2.3 patch released to Apple

As part of the collections effort on the iPhone and iPad, we have also updated the Mac edition with all the new goodies:

- iCloud support (accessible from the File menu)
- Collection statistics

We have also added the new Ajani vs Nicol Bolas duel deck to the app.
