iOS 7: Bigger buttons

Hi all,

We will be making a small change to the +/- buttons in our next patch, changing them to larger triangles. This should hopefully alleviate some of the issues with people having problems pressing them. Pressing the Main or Sideboard text will also increment the count, so that should solve all the problems with adding cards! Long pressing the text will pop up the card menu to view the card on Gatherer.
