Decked Builder Updates and Fixes

Hi All,
Go to settings and update the database! Now! Aether Revolt is now available to download. :)
Update includes the following:
- ZendikarExpeditions and Kaladesh Inventions have lower priority for cards
- updated banned list for standard and modern
- Uploading your files online (decks.deckedbuilder.com) is now fixed
